We’ll begin by exploring what you would like to change, improve, or create in your life—and, rather than staying focused on the problem, we’ll clarify what you truly want to experience instead.

Then we’ll journey within.

I’ll guide you out of the momentum of the analytical mind, into the heart, and into a deeper awareness of Divine Consciousness. Together, we’ll work with the specific issue you bring to the session—helping you make peace with the struggle, shift the energy and consciousness surrounding it, and become more receptive to the peace, clarity, wisdom, and solutions available within you.

Your meditation is customized to you and what emerges during our time together. You’ll also receive a recording of the guided meditation so you can return to the experience and continue the practice on your own.
